Rachel Prosper, MD, FACOG

Dr. Rachel Prosper is excited to call Atlanta home after completing her medical education. After graduating Cum Laude from Spelman College, she attended Morehouse School of Medicine, earning her Doctor of Medicine Degree. Dr. Prosper completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell Health in New York. During her chief year of residency, she was awarded the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement award for her excellence in surgical skill. She is excited to return to Georgia to practice Ob/Gyn, her passion because of its diversity of both medical and surgical care for women.
Dr. Prosper is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Prosper has a passion for women's health, focusing on contraception, adolescent care, in-office procedures, and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Prosper thoroughly enjoys being impactful via community service. Thus far, she has served in the Atlanta area and has participated in mission trips to Senegal, Haiti, Honduras, and Ecuador.
Her leisurely activities include dining out at new restaurants, working out, spending time with family and friends, playing with her dog Luna, and traveling within the USA and abroad.
