Jade Vasallo Lam, WHNP, ANP
Jade is a dual certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner. Originally from Miami, she attended the University of Florida (Go Gators!) where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University where she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society of Nursing.
Jade prides herself in delivering excellent, compassionate, evidence-based care and thoroughly enjoys educating her patients. She takes pleasure in establishing genuine relationships with her patients and believes that through open, honest communication and education, women can feel empowered to make decisions that work best for them and their families.
She is passionate about disease prevention, sexual health, contraception and all aspects of women's healthcare.
Jade is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the National Certification Corporation. She is a member of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is fluent in Spanish and is thrilled to be joining Modern Ob/Gyn!
In her free time, Jade enjoys reading, exercise, traveling, and trying new restaurants. She loves spending quality time with her husband and playing board games with her family.
