Julie Morgan, WHNP
Julie is thrilled to be joining the Modern Ob/Gyn team as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Julie chose to become a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner because it provides a unique opportunity to care for women in every stage of life. She enjoys the challenges of addressing both gynecologic and obstetric healthcare on a daily basis. Julie's goal in patient care is to make every woman feel confident that she is heard and cared for with respect and compassion.
Julie is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Julie obtained her Bachelor of Science and Nursing from Texas Christian University and her Master of Science and Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nursing, and the International Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau. While completing her Master's degree, Julie was the sole WHNP recipient of the Excellence in Practice Award for her exceptional nursing skills, knowledge, expertise, and personal attributes that contribute to the delivery of quality patient care. Prior to joining our team, Julie gained extensive nursing experience having worked at Emory Healthcare caring for high-risk obstetric patients throughout the antepartum, labor and delivery, and postpartum periods.
In her free time, Julie enjoys the outdoors, traveling, cooking, and cheering on her TCU Horned Frogs!
