Emily Chung, FNP
Emily Chung is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing exceptional care to women at all stages of life. By serving primarily women throughout her nursing career, she has found a passion for caring for women from adolescence to menopause.
She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees at Mercer University, where she was selected as a Northside Scholar. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nursing, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to joining our team, Emily worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Northside Hospital, one of the busiest Labor and Delivery units in the nation. She cared for high-risk antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients. She believes in patient-centered care, where the patient's needs, preferences, and values are at the forefront of every decision. Thus, she provides evidence-based, comprehensive, and individualized care for all aspects of women's health. Emily is committed to empowering women to achieve optimal health and well-being through education and compassionate care.
Emily is fluent in Korean. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and golfing. Above all, she loves spending time with her Goldendoodle, Bonnie.
